Question: How are the criteria for admission
decisions with financial support made?
Answer: Those applicants who have excellent academic records but are
financially backward to support their studies are given support from PNS
in the form of annual stipend.
Question: What is the tuition fee for regular
and students doing distance education?
Answer: The tuition fee for students doing distance education will be
approximately 40% less than the regular students.
Question: What is the application fee?
Answer: Rs:30/= if directly collected from office , and Rs: 50/= if it
has to be sent by post. The application fee cannot be waived.
Question: When is the best time to apply?
Answer: Admission for KGCE courses , NCVT/ITI courses, Poly-diploma
begins on the 2nd of May every year. And the classes commence by 15th of
July. While the Admission for other short courses is open through out
the year.
Question: What is the minimum qualification
required?
Answer: Applicants to the NCVT/ITI courses and poly diploma courses
require a minimum of class 10th pass. While, qualification for KGCE and
short term, courses can be a pass/fail in grade 10.
Question: Can I earn while I study?
Answer: Yes, students from selected courses can work and earn at PNS
